Wonderlic Exam

The Wonderlic test has gained worldwide renown as a measure of cognitive ability. The Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Test is a paper or computer-based test. The questions are designed to test a candidate's ability to follow instructions, analyze situations, and most importantly, to adapt to new information. There is quantitative reasoning on the test, and test takers will have to use some simple formulas to come up with answers.
